Bára is determined to find out who her biological father is. In front of witnesses, she confronts Roman Sojka, who insists that donation is anonymous in our country and there are no records. However, Bára does not give up - she reminds him that in detective stories the perpetrator is always found thanks to DNA, and she does have one half of the DNA. She also involves her grandmother in the search, while Sojka faces the growing restlessness of his wife Helena at home. Do the Sojkas know more than they have been willing to admit? Meanwhile, Venca tries to win over Káča, who is cautious after her previous experience and goes to Bára for her blessing. Kopal wants a relationship for his son, but he does not want him to fall into something similar to what he is currently experiencing with his wife Dáša.
